Leadership Styles

Participants will engage in an activity that will identify their typical leadership style. Then the team will be separated into different groups. In their groups they will compete in an art making challenge. From here they will gain awareness and knowledge on how leadership styles affect day to day tasks and how they can improve their team by acknowledging their differences.
