Have fun, relax, strengthen connections and create more gratitude in your life through this art making workshop.

Participants will be guided through a Chocolate Gratitude exercise, that educates us on the importance of slowing down and finding gratitude. They will learn the benefits of a gratitude practice including improving health, decreasing stress, increase energy and patience. Then participants will create art that identifies their gratitude. In addition participants will create Strength Stones to share with peers or family that encourages expanding gratitude to others.
